Breathe into me, Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy.

Bless me, heavenly Father, forgive my erring ways.

O angel of God, my holy guardian, given to me from heaven, enlighten me this day, and save me from all evil.

Loving God, I thank you for the gift of life you gave and continue to give to me and to all of us.

Dear Jesus, help me to spread Your Fragrance everywhere I go.

Precious Blood and Word of God, You are my eternal salvation.

Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Save me from my great arch-enemy, my weak and faltering self.

Father of love, hear my prayer.

Almighty and Eternal God, Give me, I beseech You, the great gift of inward peace.
