Benediction of the Most Blessed Sacrament
Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man.
Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man.
And on earth peace to men of good will.
Lord and giver of all life, help us to value each person, created in love by you.
O God, who by the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, didst prepare a worthy dwelling place for thy Son, we beseech thee that, as by the foreseen death of this, thy Son, thou didst preserve her from all stain, so too thou wouldst permit us, purified through her intercession, to come unto thee.
O Jesus, Who has said, "Ask and you shall receive, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened," through the intercession of Mary, Your Most Holy Mother, I knock, I seek, I ask that my prayer be granted.
Open Lord Jesus, I lovingly pray for this sweet hope that I keep within my womb.
Bless me, heavenly Father, forgive my erring ways.
O God, our Creator, all life is in your hands from conception until death.
Jesus, Prince of Peace, you have asked us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.
O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant to the souls of Thy servants departed the remission of their sins, that, through pious supplications, they may obtain the pardon which they have always desired.
