"Lord of the Shore"

Jesus, you who stood on the shore of the Sea of Tiberias at the dawn of hope, you who did not forget Your disciples—tired, afraid, and empty after a long night...
So often we cast our nets into the waters of life and pull up only emptiness.
We carry our disappointments in silence, ashamed of our failures—just like Peter.
But You, Lord, do not come to us with rebuke, but with love.
You light a fire on the shore, prepare bread and fish, and invite us not just to eat—but to be healed, restored, and loved again.
You asked Peter, "Do you love Me?"
I ask that You ask me the same today...
Let Your voice echo in my heart, and remind me that my calling does not end with my fall, but begins anew each time I return to You.
Jesus, Lord of the sea, the shore, and the soul, teach me to obey even when I do not understand, to swim toward You when I hear Your voice, and to feed your sheep with the love of one who has tasted Your mercy.
Amen.
