Lenten Prayer

Lord, In this sacred season of Lent, we come before You with contrite and repentant hearts, Seeking Your light to guide us through paths of renewal and conversion.
 

Cleanse our hearts and remove all that separates us from You.

Teach us to fast not only from food, but from anger, hatred, and selfishness, and to fill our days with love, mercy, and generosity.

Make us witnesses of Your Resurrection, Carrying our cross daily and following You with faithfulness.

Amen.
