Job Wednesday Prayer

16/04/2025

O You who suffered without sin, who carried the cross of the world and walked the path of pain out of love for us, we bow before You, o Christ, for You knew our sorrow, bore our weakness, and healed our souls through Your wounds.

On this day, we remember Your servant Job, whose faith did not waver despite all afflictions.

Teach us to stand firm as he did in the midst of trials, to trust You when we do not understand, and to praise You even in our brokenness.

Lord, if You allow suffering to draw near to us, do not leave us alone within it.

Let us see You in the heart of the storm, and lift our eyes to Your Cross, where tears turn into hope, and wounds into glory.

Grant us, O Lord, the patience of Job, and the joy of those who endure with faith.

Amen.
