Good Friday Prayer

O Crucified Jesus, on this holy day, we stand beneath Your cross, silent before a love beyond words, a pain You bore for our salvation.
 

You who were pierced with nails in Your hands and feet, plant in us a longing for holiness.

Teach us to forgive as You forgave, to love even those who have hurt us.

Draw us back to Your pierced heart, where mercy flows and life begins again.

Quench our souls with the love that conquered death.
